vointel (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Voice Intelligence Engine. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service to transcribe, summarize, and analyze audio discussions.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address, name, and authentication credentials when you register.
- Audio and transcripts: files you upload or record, generated transcripts, summaries, and Q&A interactions tied to your projects.
- Usage data: minutes processed, feature usage, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use your data to provide transcription, summarization, action items, Q&A, export, and account features. Summarization may use third-party AI providers you configure. Q&A runs on local models within your deployment unless you change that configuration.
Storage and retention
Audio and text are stored in your configured data environment. Retention periods depend on your plan and administrator settings. You may delete projects and associated data from the application.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with subprocessors necessary to provide the service (e.g., cloud AI for summarization), when required by law, or with your consent.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport, access controls, and isolated storage paths. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data.
