Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions for vointel, the Voice Intelligence Engine.

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid subscriptions (Basic, Standard, and Custom plans). The free Starter plan is not subject to refunds.

2. General rule

vointel is a digital service. Access begins as soon as payment is confirmed. Refunds are not automatic and are generally not provided for partial billing periods, unused included minutes, or change of mind after use has begun.

3. Cancellation vs refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Canceling does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining time in that period unless approved under Section 4.

4. When a refund may be approved

We may issue a refund at our discretion in cases such as:

• Duplicate or erroneous charge
• Billing error (wrong plan or amount)
• A material service failure that prevented meaningful use of the service

All refund requests are reviewed case by case.

5. What is not refundable

• Minutes already consumed or processing already completed on your account
• Downgrades (only affect future billing; no refund for the current period)
• Chargebacks opened with your bank or card issuer before contacting vointel support

6. How to request a refund

Email support@vointel.com and include:

• The email address on your vointel account
• Date of payment and plan purchased
• A brief reason for the request
• Proof of payment (e.g. receipt or bank/card statement screenshot)
• A screenshot of your vointel dashboard showing your account/plan status at the time of the request

We aim to respond within 5–7 business days.

If a refund is approved, refunds processed may take 5–10 business days after confirmation (timing depends on your payment method and bank).

7. Chargebacks

Please contact support before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.
